Trying not to get too excited!

So, our house was shown yesterday. Our realtor told us what other houses the potential buyer looked at. Ours was the middle of the price range.

The realtor that showed it, called me this morning regarding another file here at work and told me how wonderful our house is. She said that her buyer was still thinking and hadn't made a decision yet.

A little bit later, our realtor emailed me and asked if the other realtor could show it again tomorrow afternoon! I am just dying for this woman to make an offer. Please keep your fingers crossed and say a little prayer for us!

I am trying very hard not to get too excited. We've had people look at our house multiple times before and not make an offer. This could be just another one of those times. I just so much want this house to sell. It's been on the market for over a year now. I know it's a unique place and will need just the right person, but where the heck is that person hiding?
