Getting My Hopes Up!

Our house is being shown again this morning, so we did our usual frantic cleaning last night. It actually wasn't as bad as it sometimes is. We just had an open house on the 28th, so things were still pretty neat, plus I had cleaned the kitchen up a bit the night before.

Once again, I am getting my hopes up, but trying not to. Everytime someone comes to see it, we start thinking that this could be the one! However, after over a year of showings, we try not to be too optimistic. I hate being disappointed over and over again.

The realtor who is showing it today, has never shown it before. Because of my job, I have an inkling of whom it might be shown to, so that has my hopes up just a bit. It was suggested to this realtor by one of my co-workers that she show our house to a certain buyer. I'm so hopeful that it will all work out. Of course, if it does, I'm not sure where we would go! All the houses we have been really interested in have already sold!

I said a prayer this morning that this would be the buyer, but I know it is all in God's hands and He has a plan. I just wish He would tell me what it is!
