What's the Magic Word?

Yesterday, when I dropped Connor off at daycare he said, "Mom, I'm allergic to some foods, right?"

"No."

"Yes, I am."

"Nice try, but you are not allergic to anything."

I had to laugh when I realized that "allergic" is something like a magic word for a kid. "Allergic" can get you out of eating all kinds of things you don't like!
